Studio Rentals:
Rehearsal, Private Class, Workshop:
- $40 an hour/once a week
- $35 an hour/multiple days a week
Booking and Payment:
Full payment is due prior to rental. Payment must be made by credit card.
Cancellation Policy:
A 25% fee of the full payment will be kept as nonrefundable deposit if cancellation were to be made. Refund will not be issued if cancellation is made in less than 48 hours of rental date.

Party Rentals:
Children's Party:
- 2 hours - $300
- 3 hours - $400
- $75 any additional hour
- 4 hours - $500
- $75 any additional hour
- $200 - In house DJ (up to 3 hours)
- $125 - Dance class for 50 minutes (ballet, salsa, merengue, bachata, hip-hop, flamenco, jazz, contemporary)
Booking and Payment:
50% deposit is due at the time of booking. Payment must be made by cash, check or credit card.
Security Deposit:
$75 will be charged as a security deposit. If the studio is not cleaned after the party we will have to keep the deposit as a cleaning fee, if the studio is left clean we will return the deposit.
Cancellation Policy:
Please let us know as soon as possible if the party needs to be canceled. The 50% deposit that was due at time of booking is non-refundable.
