Studio Rentals:
- Rehearsal, Private Class, Workshop:

- $40 an hour/once a week
- $35 an hour/multiple days a week
- Booking and Payment:
- Full payment is due prior to rental. Payment must be made by credit card.
- Cancellation Policy:
- A 25% fee of the full payment will be kept as a nonrefundable deposit if cancellation were to be made. Refund will not be issued if cancellation is made in less than 48 hours of rental date.

Party Rentals:
- Children's Party:

- 3 hours – $400
- $75 any additional hour
- Adult Party:

- 4 hours – $500
- $75 any additional hour
- Additional Services:

- $200 – In house DJ (up to 3 hours)
- $125 – Dance class for 50 minutes (ballet, salsa, merengue, bachata, hip-hop, flamenco, jazz, contemporary)
- Booking and Payment:
- 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. Payment must be made by cash, check or credit card.
- Security Deposit:
- $75 will be charged as a security deposit. If the studio is not cleaned after the party we will have to keep the deposit as a cleaning fee, if the studio is left clean we will return the deposit.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Please let us know as soon as possible if the party needs to be canceled. The 50% deposit that was due at time of booking is non-refundable.
